Corporate history
Lybar, a.s. began production in 1961 and have been making automotive products since 1963 (Glykosol - defroster of car windows and locks), SILKAL - silicon oil, and KONKOR - slushing oil).
Dedicated to manufacturing products that are both high-quality and eco-smart, the company switched to environmentally friendly production in 1978 and to CFC-free production in 1993.

In December 2000 the company was certified to meet the CSN EN ISO 9001:1994 standard and in December 2003 recertifiied to the ISO 9001:2001 standard (the CERTIFICATION AUTHORITY is Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, Prague).
Enter the COYOTE
In 1998, the COYOTE business unit was established to manufacture and market fine automotive products, with a distinct distribution network throughout the Czech Republic. Well received in it's initial target market, the distribution network was extended to included Slovakia the following year, and was widened again to service the Polish market in 2003.
The COYOTE business unit of Lybar, a.s. maintains its own customer list and is dedicated to fully meeting their customer's requirements and wishes.
